Classifying Injuries
Minor Injuries
Injuries that allow you to continue activity with some modifications.
Minor Injury Session
Session(s) designed for injuries you can play through, but are impacting you while playing.
Moderate Injuries
Injuries that disrupt body functions and may require a temporary stopping of activities. Recovery involves rest, recovery, and rehabilitation.
Moderate Injury Program
Program designed for injuries that have a 4-6 week recovery time.
Major Injuries
Injuries that render you unable to perform physical activities and are season ending and/or require surgical intervention.
Major Injury Program
Program designed for injuries that are season ending or longer than 6-week recovery time.

Psychological Readiness to Return From Injury Assessment
40-minute 1-on-1 private, mental performance coaching session designed to assessment and work with individuals overcoming an injury. This assessment helps to evaluate their mental readiness to return, especially as they get close or are cleared to play.
This also includes concussions.
